Not for me. Just didn't think it was a good movie.

You and everyone else that mentioned this movie fall into a unique category. So used to films where virtually every scene, especially action sequences, are partially if not largely artificially produced. This movie has natural scenes included and while I acknowledge there were animated exclusions name me a great movie that didn't have special effects and looked better than the revenant..
It isn't the visuals that make it a huge disappointment.

Recently for me it's the revenant.
Just wasn't what I hoped.

Jason Bourne.
You have no idea how fricking excited I was for that movie.

Spiderman 3 is a total frustration for me!

Easy. The Phantom Menace.
I tried to go in with no expectations, but after 25 years since ROTJ, that proved impossible.
I was so pumped up for new Star Wars that it took me months to admit (even to myself) that it was bad. Saw it opening weekend, bought the bluray first day available, etc.
After about a year, I came to grips with just how badly annoying it was. But initially, I didn't care.
Now, movies that got me IN THE THEATER:
Green Lantern-HUGE disappointment. Between Nolan's films and the Marvel movies, I thought they had figured out the superhero movie, and GL would have been incredible if done right. Instead, I apologized to the people I talked into going to see it with me.
Iron Man 3, The Dark Knight Rises. Both left me pissed off, because I thought they tried to ruin something good.
Special mention- Highlander: the Source.
I didn't expect it to be a standalone epic, but I was hoping it would be as good as the standard episode from the show. Instead, it was AWFUL.

Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I walked out legitimately angry.
