Didn't watch much of it, but I walked into a room where Naked Lunch was playing.
That movie makes zero fricking sense.
You have to be pretty familiar with William S Burroughs work to being to understand, especially Naked Lunch. Cronenberg incorporates elements from pretty much all of his books.

I'm sure I would have been better able to understand if I didn't walk about halfway or two thirds of the way through the film.
It struck me as a movie where you really need to be around from the beginning to get all the details. I can't remember much of what I saw, it's been about five or so years, but I just remember it being really off the wall.

I've seen it twice and some parts still escape me. It is just a really odd movie but for some reason I really like it and Peter Weller gives a career performance.

Forgot about Eyes Wide Shut. That was confusing, but the best description of that movie is weird.

I'll second 2001. The ended was like "wha?"
Don't care to see it a second time to try and figure it out.
I had to watch 12 Monkeys a couple of times to figure it out, and I still think it is bullshite.

Right on. I couldn't understand how a little baby could have a grown man's voice. didn't make sense.
