I noticed that they retired the First Impression Guess routine, which is probably a good thing.
Anything that prevents Nick Cannon from talking about the GO-den Ear Trophy is a net win for all of us.

finally got to watch ep1. Never guessed Goldman but, i was on the chef line of thinking. just couldn't match the voice with the body type. after the reveal, i could clearly hear Duff when he said " my accent is great".
firefly was easily the most talented of the first group.
don't know who this is but, he's definitely an athlete.
the head falling off was pretty funny.

This is a good description for how I feel about it. I didn't watch last season but heard the performances were good.
This season, I'm back in and watched ep1 this weekend. Firefly was really good.

i'm with you on this part. i don't know if it's scripted or if she really is just that much of a diva. but, it's tiresome already.
a few here nailed the Ram reveal. that part seemed pre-planned as well with the guest host of the day.
will be interesting to see who survives next week.

The promos implied that it was the Rudy G./Ken Jeoung butthurt episode. I wonder if they will not show that episode? How Conveeeeenient that Joe Buck is eliminated the same week his show premieres and his co-host is the guest judge!

I don't like the format of Masked Singer lately.
I prefer the way the show was in the early seasons.
What I mean is a season or two ago they started focusing on one group in b2b weeks, etc. I prefer introducing new groups every week early on. I am glad they got rid of first impression guesses for some golden trophy. I like that they have duel, but I wish they'd just call it "smackdown" again. Smackdown was my favorite.

Agreed. Introduce everyone with an initial song, then split it all up into divisions or whatever after that. Spending the first month on the same characters is a terrible move.

I really do wonder if they're going to keep the Giuliani reveal and Ken's subsequent hormonal shite fit. They have to, since they're the ones who leaked the story first. There have been zero leaks prior to this.
