I even somewhat agree with you, the movie was kinda lame. It doesnt really need to be dunked on anymore, other than to shame DC which definitely deserves ridicule for their incompetency

The problem is it's starting off with too much Gunn. 3 straight projects from him was not smart. It's a good thing that 2026 will all be projects from other creators.

I think this is an important factor, rest of the world especially China is done with superhero movies. While Americans are still willing to go watch them the rest of the planet seems pretty meh on it.

The hate on this movie is hilarious. It’s a perfectly fine super hero movie. To still be hating on this thing months after its release just shows you need to stop creating threads.

Just shows Superman is a bigger brand than alot of idiots want to admit. People wanted this to be good and are interested in it. Thats why the conversation has been so prevalent and lasted so long despite the movie being shite.

Yes. You show your interest in a movie by.. not going to see it in theaters. Not watching it on streaming. But watching youtube rants about it. Not wanting to actually discuss the movies. Yet make multiple threads about ratings. While calling out fans of the movie.
You do get a lot of people liked the movie. In this forum in the actual movie thread it was mostly positive.
Man of Steel was too dark and maybe this was too Campy but it was a step closer to what Superman is.
Never one time did either you or SEK give your personal opinion on the movie. Did y'all even see it?
