speaking of that, everybody seems to be speculating what Desmond meant when he told Jack to "lift it up" on the stadium bleachers. I guess I kinda just assumed that they were referring to the hatch with that. They(the writers) might add something in the next few weeks to make it seem cooler, but I think that's all they meant at the time. Since, ya know, Desmond was stuck down in there pushing that button and whatnot.

Some people have speculated that the Dharma supply drops might have actually taken place back in the 70s, but because of of the strange properties of the island...and maybe due to the fact that the appropriate bearing was not followed by the plane...the supplies end up hitting ground after the Losties arrived. Think of the doctor from the Kahana that washed ashore a day before he was killed.

The same thing could also apply to why it was dark when Jack, Hurley, Kate and Sawyer made it back to the beach after the sub sunk...different bearings.

I was being facetious, but I agree with that theory. I think the plane dropped the supplies at some point prior to the purge, but the supplies didn't actually appear on the island until 2004. This would explain why nobody saw or heard a plane overhead.

Maybe in his eyes, she fricked him over. I'm not convinced she was actually crazy, but more along the lines of what he thought she did wasn't fair to him. Therefore, from his perspective, she is crazy.

Saw that coming. That woman just reeked of being the crazy mother. I thought she would die giving birth though, not just being murdered.
