That's fair. Legolas' hair was always a very minor annoyance to me. There wasn't really a need to change it.
Celebrimbors outfit doesn't bother me at all, but it is kind of weird seeing him as an older dude. I just never imagine the elves as older looking. Any of them.

Fake white knighting a shite show that not only doesn't respect the lore, but actively tries to bury it is worse.
They tried to tell us they liked Tolkien because of his TIMELESS story.
Then they said it needed to be updated for a modern audience.
