Again with Netflix’s live action Avatar: The Last Airbender, they’ve cast it extremely well, and I would have been much more upset with that if they cast a white actor in the cast than any minority in Lord of the Rings. I was quite upset with the live action film that is to not be named when they did it. Instead this is the cast I’m getting with this show:

This quote argues specifically against your position. His works were written as a feigned history, a mythology, of England. That is what he said his intent was. To alter his works for modern allegorical reasons is to go against his creation and his intent.

It is ancient mythological history. Have you read the silmarillion or looked at the maps? It is difficult enough to reconcile the maps of the various ages with one another because of the geographical changes that occurred in that book.
