Just watched Jiro Dream of Sushi and thought it was just brilliant. Loved it.

I came here just to post this. Good thing I read the thread before blindly putting it up.

But yes, what a documentary! Loved every bit of it.

And yes, that is the man who served Bourdain the best sushi meal of his life on No Reservations.

The Fog of War

I was absolutely mesmerized by this documentary. Fascinating insight into World War II and the Cold War told by former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara.

This is Myanmar is another good one on instant. Only suggested like a 3star rating for me but was much better than expected.

Avoid "Man on Wire" like the plague. Just awful. Seconded. I don't get the love for this crap fest. Extremely talented dude. Incredibly boring person and painful to listen to.

I wouldn't say don't watch it bc its pretty bad arse what he does, but I watched it at work where I had other things to do and I was casually watching. If you were to sit down on your couch and pay attention, I could see how it would be terrible

It was a chore to get through. Way too self serving. I mean what he did was cool, but they were acting like this guy fricking cured cancer while he destroyed a Nazi uprising, all of which was accomplished during his week long vacation from his full time job as God.

Moore may be a douchebag but he's famous for a reason. That documentary.

Plus all the stupid liberal shite after.
