I recieved Kingdom of Heaven from my parents about 2 years ago and it remained in the case unopened until Saturday and I finally watched it and was amazed at how much I enjoyed it.

I'm not a huge Ridley Scott fan but Kingdom of Heaven was just a great film. Just wanted to see what everyone else though.

A crusades movie could have been epic

I thought that Orlando Bloom kinda fricked this one up.

I was expecting MUCH more than it delivered.

I'll be hoenst and sound gay, but I thought Bloom was pretty cool in the Lord Of The Rings triology, but then in Kingdom of Heaven and Troy he was the biggest pussy.

There were parts of the movie that I really enjoyed and then several I was very indifferent about.

I think that Bloom was the weakest of the actors, though i don't think he did terrible. I was totally amazed at Edward Norton as the king.

I went into this movie with low expectations, but I really liked it. I thought Bloom was fine...nothing great, but nothing awful either. I loved Ed Norton as the king. Overall, I thought it was an entertaining movie.

The extended version is really, really good, and explains some things more. Orlando was okay, but not great. U should get the extended version, I loved it

True story. A sub-par movie became a solid epic. Why does it always happen to Scott (see Blade-Runner).

Never saw it, but I also heard the extended version was way way better than the original release.

the extended director's cut is probably the biggest improvement ive ever seen in a movie from its theatrical cut. it really is amazing how much better the story and characters are fleshed out. if you havent seen Kingdom of Heaven I highly recommend it, and even if you did see the theatrical cut I'd recommend checking out the director's cut.

I liked the theatrical release, but I'm going to definitely check out the directors cut. Can get it on Amazon for $17.99 so gonna check it out.
