Rapp claims Spacey picked him up, put him on his bed and got on top of him and tried to have a sexual encounter.
That's not putting the moves on someone when they are 14... that's automatic attempted statutory rape.
Let alone physical attempted rape. You can't "put moves" on a child.
Inviting a 14 year old boy to a Hollywood party, waiting until everyone leaves and then climbing on top of you in bed attempting sex sounds pretty bad and disturbing.
