I found it highly entertaining and hilarious.

It was basically a Predator parody for me. Some people might enjoy that. I found it atrocious.

It absolutely was a parody. I don’t think it was atrocious though... I found it to be very self-aware.

ETA: And it kind of made me understand why everyone hated Iron Man 3. Shane Black has a tendency to screw up source material. Not that he's a bad filmmaker, he just has an unpopular point of view of source material. Kind of like Zack Snyder with Superman. Just my opinion.

Movie was awful
Also I think they cast a buddy of the director knowing he was a habitual sexual predator (no pun intended) directing his scumminess at co-star Olivia Munn

I didn't like it. I don't like movies like this that should be serious and dark try to be funny.

It was a slap in the face to the franchise. I was looking forward to it figuring they couldn't possibly screw it up, but they managed to do just that.

I refuse to watch it based on the awful trailers.
Also, everyone I know who has seen it, liked it. That to me confirms it sucks.

As bad as the movie was the ending teaser was the absolute worst. What the predator that was being a traitor gave them was cringe worthy.

So if The Predator was a slap, what type of bodily harm was Predators? or Predator 2, which turned Predator into poorly written and filmed, late 80s/early 90s action cheese?

Movie sucked, and the cgi predator was bad. The comedy was unnecessary.
