Loved the show! I loved how they were able to keep the main story going while putting in a few "filler" type episodes.

Boyd and Raylen had great chemistry. My favorite line is "God Damn, Raylen"

Did anybody else kinda question the looks of Ava after hearing she was the most beautiful person ever? Winona was hotter.

Ending was perfect. Boon creeped me out and Raylen really needed to find another hat. It didn't look right on him. It would have been cool if they were to have put his hat from Deadwood in the show.

Now I need to find another show. Finished Deadwood right before starting Justified.

If you're looking for a similar show to Justified, I would recommend Longmire. It's a more scaled down, PG version of Justified. The fifth season DVD for Longmire was recently released plus the next season doesn't even have a start date on Netflix so you'll have plenty of time to binge through the show until the new season starts.

Justified was great. Season 2 was some of the best TV ever.

I really miss Boyd Crowder.

Boyd might be favorite tv characters off all time. Him out maneuvering the Bennetts in season 2 was epic. His whole interaction with Mags & Doyle during the parlay was awesome.

Love that show.

"Don't play dumb with me, deputy."

"I'm not playing. I'm an idiot. You can ask anybody."

"God damn, woman. You only shoot people when they're eating supper?"

A little trivia.

Boyd Crowder was supposed to die in the pilot. I am so glad they kept him around.

Yeah, I read that. How did they get that much feedback so quick?

I am guessing that while filming the pilot, they knew that Boyd Crowder was special.

It was a really fun show. Unique. Great characters. Crossed all kinds of genres. The characters really made it go.

Would love to see another Elmore Leonard work as tv series. How about City Primeval with Raymond Cruz cast as Detective Raymond Cruz?

Breaking Bad had a better consistent story throughout the show, but when it comes to writing, acting, and brilliant characters, Justified was right up there. From the moment Boyd and Raylan meet in that church, you knew this would be something special. That scene also created a subtle comic book feel in the show in my opinion.

And that season 1 finale may be as epic of a season finale as I can remember on tv. Boyd's old man killing his "flock". Then the epic scene between Raylan and Arlo in the hotel room where Arlo intends to shoot Raylan and turn him over to Bo, only to have Raylan anticipate, then Raylan out of nowhere shoots Arlo in the leg to draw Bo's men out. And then it ending with Raylan and Boyd driving up to that cabin, and not only taking out Boyd's old man and his crew, but also the Miami hitmen (well the chick survives, but tucks tail and runs). Talk about an epic season finale.

One of my all time favorite TV series. Love me some Tim Olyphant. And yea, Raylen + Boyd = one of the best duos of all time.
