Great series. Recently finished watching with my nephew and he enjoyed it.

Not sure how it would work as a movie.

The best gargoyle movie was that one where the guy sees a gargoyle and it tells him to never tell anyone what he saw.
So he later gets married, has kids, they grow up. He decides to tell his wife the gargoyle story. Except she was the gargoyle and kills him for telling her, then the kids turn into gargoyles too.
Crazy movie. Tommy Chong's daughter was the gargoyle.

We should start a campaign painting Disney as racist for blocking a black director from realizing his vision. They’d probably give him an Avengers size budget.

Already reports of them nervously avoiding the issue, hoping that he'll find something else to play with.

That scene from Lover's Vow where she turns into the Gargoyle scared the shite out of me as a child. Between that and Cronenberg's Brundlefly, it's a wonder I'm not more messed up in the head....

He's just as white as he is black.

In a world of overdone CGI you really have to respect the old school special effects departments

That is way more disturbing than some CGI transformation.

I miss Creepshow and Darkside type stuff. Professional shorts from actors to special effects.

VHS was ok but really only the Slumber Party Alien Abduction sequence stood out. But both feel like some college production.
