we didn't see the punch so I'm not ready to endorse Ronnie's fighting career just yet. That guy could have just been standing there, Ronnie runs up to him, and drops him.
Ronnie's other fight involved a guy who was so drunk he was 10 minutes away from passing out.
The guy is jacked up, no doubt. I saw one of the after shows with Ronnie. Dude had some serious roid bloat going on. I figured he was on a winter bulking regiment.

9 times out of 10 if there is a fair fight where both parties are squared up ready to throw punches, usually neither will get knocked out....especially like the way homeboy was snoring on the boardwalk.

While I agree that he probably snuck the guy, the cop's response seemed dumb to me. One of the cops said he was being arrested because the guy was knocked out cold. Does that make a difference if it was self defense? If the guy did swing first and Ronnie just got a good counter punch in, would he not go to jail if the guy just fell and wasn't knocked out?

I get what you're saying, but he was hollering at the dude (who was hollering at him) the whole time while running. shite, right before he took off, the dude shouts out "Come back over here.." and Ronnie took off.
To assume that he didn't know/see Ronnie coming or that Ronnie snuck him is ridiculous with what we saw on the show.
frick the camera guys for not running faster though. Had they been on point, we wouldn't be having this argument because we'd have seen what happened.
And clearly Ronnie was lying to the police about the dude swinging first.

So it was either self-defense or he snuck someone? It looked to me like it was just a fight. Both parties knew it, and one got knocked the frick out.

I didn't hear Ronnie say a word when he started running. They were both yelling at each other but I don't think Ronnie was yelling when he was approaching the guy

by the way the cops looked, they were gonna arrest him regardless of what he said, so IMO a cop saw it happen or a random spectator saw it happen and told the cop, seemed like the cop knew it wasnt even debatable, and just said hes knocked out cold thats why youre getting arrested
