Again, abandoned infants do not need a green card. An infant found in the middle of a cornfield in the USA and adopted by 2 natural-born US citizens would be a legal US citizen by the very definition of the law. I realize that breaks whatever narrative you want to imagine here, but it's reality. He would not be considered an immigrant.

I guess you haven't heard of dumpster babies? Here's one: LINK
quote:
Jones, now a 36-year-old mother of three, was known as “Jan Winter” after she was discovered in a dumpster in a commercial area of Atlanta in January 1983. From what she knows, she was found shortly after birth with her umbilical cord tied off.
Jones then became a ward of the state and was placed in foster care before being adopted at age 1. The adoption agency gave her adoptive parents a Parade magazine that included a mention of “Baby Jan Winter” being found abandoned at a dumpster.
Good luck figuring out if she was in the USA legally.

Abandoned human infants. Clark is an alien and should be considered property of the landowner, like a meteorite. The Kent’s are guilty of a fraudulent adoption and claiming their property as a dependent.

Noone is disputing this. Adoption isnt exactly a simple process though. U.S. citizens can adopt an abandoned child from another country, but must navigate specific procedures related to intercountry adoption, which may involve the Hague Convention process or the Orphan process.

He would not be considered an immigrant.
Only due to them committing fraud on the adoption papers.
According to USCIS when adopting someone from another country (or world such as Krypton), once the adoption is finalized, the child may be eligible to immigrate to the U.S. as an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen.
He is legally a US citizen and not an immigrant.
He is in actuality someone that was not born in the US and came to live here, making him an immigrant.

Correct, but your first statement there does come awfully close to trying to justify it.

He would be considered property of the US government.
The Kents illegally housed an alien.

They would have to have known where he came from to have committed fraud.

The government would have to approve the adoption...

No. You cant control what the reporters do. You can and should ignore them though as you know their entire purpose behind making inflammatory headlines is to have you come repost them places like here.

Depends which origin story you go by. In one they claimed Martha gave birth to him during the winter, thats obvious fraud.

Ok, in that case it would be fraud. He still wouldn't be an immigrant and this still wouldn't be a story about an immigrant.

Immigrant just means he came from one place to live in another. He came from a different planet. That is different than being born here.
He isnt legally an immigrant, but he is an immigrant.

You take those social issue headlines created by the media and then spread them here.
When it is bullshite, I call it bullshite.
If you are referring to my Ironheart thread, that was a thread calling out the media, not Disney or the Ironheart show.
I even stated so many times, and you Kids just kept arguing a point i wasn't making. . .because something something anti-wokes, something something MAGA or whatever.
I didn't make this thread, I reacted to it. If you read my posts before you loons showed up, I was extremely moderate.
You guys need your boxes to fit in, bunch of Harley Riders.

Which broke the m/tv board bros quicker ?
And that is crazy, considering the participants from the other side.
I am quite literally the most moderate voice in this thread, next to RDLSC.
I usually am in most threads I participate in.

I wonder if that includes immigrant children, like the kind he used to tweet about wanting to have sex with.
But that was different, he was making humor *eyeroll*

Moderates are useless. You buy right into the Democrats and Republicans gameplan of keeping the population fighting over meaningless social issues all day and therefore maintaining their vice grip on power.
"Dems think superman is an immigrant"
"Republicans think superman is maga"
Meanwhile the Big Beautiful Bill passes and DC carries on as usual knowing that either way (D or R) the corporations will maintain power. A divided population is their strength.
And yet tomorrow you'll be complaining about a female witcher or a female silver surfer like those are the important issues.
