Bourne all day long, and it isn't close.

We should introduce the Tom Cruise character from the Mission Impossible movies. Who wins out of those 3?

I'd still go with Bourne.

That's fine, but the thread is obviously asking for an answer based on the evidence you've been given.

I mean yea, what's the alternative? I've never met either of these guys IRL

Borne is just on another level and just has ridiculously level of higher training and expertise as Bauer does. Plus Jason doesn't have a family, which puts him at a huge advantage over Bauer just by that.

We're not talking about hand to and fist fighting here, Bourne would win that no doubt. But in a city wide fight, with weapons, resources, ect... Bauer could certainly beat him

Yeah, Bauer would clearly have more resources than Bourne, but when has the government's ridiculously high levels of resources ever stood in Bourne's way? It's Bauer's only advantage over Bourne, and Bourne has shown through three films that the government's resources never stood a chance against him.

Eh, I go with battle tested, Bauer has been through way more. Bourne avoids capture like a weenie, Bauer gets captured, multiple times, to get what he needs done. He knows he can get out of everything.

Actually, I think this is a point that is ridiculously against Bauer. Bourne doesn't take hostages, he kills, and same with the people who are after Bourne. If Bauer gets in a situation where he could be captured by Bourne, he's dead.

Bauer also puts the needs of people and the country way ahead of his own. Bourne, not so much.

And this is yet another point against Bauer. Bourne could easily exploit that Bauer does put others needs ahead of his own. Bauer has no such advantage against Bourne.

I'd take both Bauer and Bourne over Ethan Hunt.
