Does this fricker not have an original concept, or does he just steal from white folks?

He's a Hollywood writer, adaptations of other peoples' work is part of the job description. The dude has plenty of original stuff in his career.

In other words, “I’m too lazy to write new material, just like the rest of Hollywood”.

Meh it’s a non story. This film has been remade, reimagined, and reinterpreted so many times that it won’t matter what this version looks like. Only snowflakes will be up in their feelings about it

Orson Welles once played Mr. Potter

Agreed, it would have been fine if he had left that part out. Just say "I'm doing my take on It's a Wonderful Life" and leave it at that. Adding that word makes people not want to watch it.

I'm looking forward to his take on it.

Whenever black directors do retakes of classic movies, they're always trainwrecks.

The guy is a racist clown.

I expect to see a race-swapped female Potter who's a dyke. Wait, he's the bad guy, he can stay a white male.

Was searching through Amazon today and saw this gem:

quote:

The Second Edition of this perennially popular Norton Critical Edition is based on the Today’s New International Version of Paul’s letters, a new translation that is heralded for its inclusiveness and accuracy in representation of gender.

I've listened to Keanu Reeves' band - Dogstar, and their music is actually more tolerable than Marley's.
