This is just my take, but
#1 The Proposition - Way Underrated
#2 Lonesome Dove - One of my all time westerns
#3 The Quick and the Dead - Entertaining
#4 Unforgiven - It's pretty damn good western
#5 Tombstone - One liners you remember forever

Unforgiven is hte best modern western hands down. Tombstone is a cartoon

Thanks for the recommendation. It was a really good film. I liked the cinematography a lot. That spear scene was bad arse. Arthur was a beast. Some great acting in this.
BUT
You guys are literally insane if you think that film was better than Unforgiven. I would certainly put it in front of Tombstone though.

I know it's an older movie, but Once Upon a Time in the West surely belongs on the top Westerns of all time list.

I liked Wyatt Earp much better than Tombstone, only difference is they should have traded Val Kilmer for Dennis Quaid.
