Is Succession season 3 worth adding HBO for a month?

It’s a month. Unless you’re REALLY hard up for money I’d say go for it. If you liked the first two seasons you should at least enjoy it.

No

Unless you just want to watch seasons 1-2 rehashed with the characters becoming complete caricatures of themselves

not about the money, just the hassle of calling to cancel after a month.

Kind of what I was expecting it to be.

Yes it is.

Some people shite on season 3 and I don't know why. In my opinion, it's the best season thus far.

I did drag in parts but I think part of that was watching it week to week.

I mean shite, season 2 had Sad Kendal for fricking 500 episodes. It wasn't any worse than that.

Finale was incredible.

Sad Kendall was bad, but I was really getting annoyed with woke and over the top Kendall. The birthday party episode was cringetopia.

I wouldn’t go this far, but it definitely got old this season.

It was but that was exactly how I imagined something like that would look.

I think they get the 21st century version of lifestyles of the rich and famous pretty correct.

I read an article once on the concept of stealth wealth. This show embodies that pretty well.

These people try to look wealthy only for each other. The 90's style golden, showy wealth of say Donald and Evana is considered gauche.

That cap Kendall and his Dad always wear for instance. Well that's a real item and a 2 thousand dollar cashmere cap that only the wealthy would know about.

In other words. They show out for each other, not for the rest of us.
