either the only movies with Christian bale you've seen are the Batman trilogy, or you think this only because the artsy type movies are the only riles ddl takes so it makes it seem like he does more of them, but either way you need to look at bales filmopgraphy. The machinist, the fighter, American psycho. All superbly acted movies that are very Oscar worthy type performances. Also Lincoln was a major production directed by Steven Spielberg that was most definetely a blockbuster
