Is Casper a good Halloween movie in this boards opinion?

Maybe I'm just a sucker for shite movies but I watched this movie for the first time in 10+ years with my daughter tonight and I actually think it's a heartwarming movie.
Maybe not the most complicated screenwriting but I wanted to save The Nightmare Before Christmas for after Thanksgiving and it popped up

It's a solid watch especially for kids. Nothing special though.
