Mila Kunis - yes.
That said, I think the only way you make a S&TB remake is take the same type of story line, but make some substantial shifts in the type of actors.
I think the late Bernie Mac could've done some funny stuff with the role of Buford. Chris Rock could've been Junior. Of course, they wouldn't get to have the "you sounded taller on the radio" joke.
Another twist - Sarah Silverman could play the "junior" role... have her as a dumb-witted lesbian. And Frog left her at the alter after realizing she really isn't guy.
More importantly - who would play Fred?
