Absolutely. Sheldon is showing growth during this show, and is insufferable at the beginning of BBT.

And I actually hope they break canon and don’t turn his dad into a drunken lout.

I’ve always thought that I’ve seen her in something but couldn’t place it from her IMDB and her page doesn’t say she’s her mom (different last name).


Now I totally see it’s Jackie I’ve been thinking of the whole time!!

ETA: OP is a douche, I’ve never seen an ep of BBT but Sheldon is a nice old school sitcom with a great 80s feel. All characters very likable and complete stand alone story arcs in 24 minutes.

We sort of lost track of it after cutting cord last summer but the first few seasons were good fun.


As many have said, Annie Potts is great and her and Dr Sturgis are a great pair

They put a little va-va-voom on her with the particle accelerator/black hole What If episode from last year. Sneaky sexy is a good description.

I love Young Sheldon. His sister is pretty funny. Its not something I watch every week, but I do DVR them and every once in awhile I will watch 1 or 2 episodes here and there.

I was watching tv with an old friend of mine a few years ago and a Young Sheldon commercial came on. My friend laughed out loud and I looked at him in disgust. He saw me and that only made him laugh harder.

A little over a year later, he was diagnosed with cancer and passed away about 9 months later. The story sounds like a downer but it was one of the last times we had a good laugh together. I miss my friend.

Sure something like Young Sheldon would prompt this. But not Breaking Bad or Dexter or some shows like that
