Indeed. Not sure why it didn't connect with me on the first watch.

I’m sitting here cracking up while remembering the haunted house sketch. When he comes back in crying and speaking slowly, you just know he’s about to let it rip

I love that the little girl who put on a near Oscar worthy scene in once upon a time in Hollywood, also is fake smoking cigars in ITYSL taking about poisonous baby doll heads from farts

Did you notice that they had done a voiceover every time they said the word “fart”? At least, that’s what it seemed like to me; I could be wrong. But if they did, I wonder what the original word was, and why they decided to change it to “fart” lol

the table flip/wave made me pause as soon as it happened. it's not the funniest moment, but it was perfect physical comedy. then him trying to justify it had me cracking the frick up.

i might rewatch the season tonight. the fricking space restaurant had me rolling as well, and i hadn't seen it mentioned yet

i wouldn't say it was as good as the first, i need time to properly digest it, but it was very enjoyable. also, s1 is among the funniest things i've ever seen.

The brilliance of this show is how they set up some of the sketches. Like the Dan Flashes skit when it's just a boring office meeting, then it pans to him just laying on the couch. For some reason, I lost it when I saw the expression on his face while laying there.

Nobody mentioned the shirts but I was dying laughing at the beginning of that meeting when he was talking about getting out early at this pace from the couch in that ridiculous shirt and then when he was like “the more complicated the pattern, the more expensive the shirt”

I used to be such a piece of shite. White shorts, slicked back hair, sloppy steaks at Truffolo's

I thought the commercial was hysterical but the first clip was alright. Maybe second time a round the first sketch will click

I choose to believe that’s also Howie from the jazz sketch in S1

This season is just a tad weaker than the first. I think it relies a bit too heavily on Robinson whereas I felt like some guest stars carried the load a bit more in the first season. An extra sketch or two with Sam Richardson and Conner O'Malley and I think it would have been just as good.

Still really really good though. I think the fedora sketch may be funnier than any sketch from season 1. Also season 2 may grow on me with rewatching.

Again I’ll argue that you should hold off on making this judgement until you’ve seen the new season multiple times and have some time to go back through it like I’m sure everyone did on season 1

It’s not a normal show to consume and process in one viewing

I've probably watched season 1 at least a dozen times.
