Is it bat shite crazy like the rest of the Lynch catalog?

Is it worth a watch?

Does it try to tie up story lines since it got cancelled so soon?

I enjoy some of Lynch's films but have yet to see an episode of this series.

It's excellent and weird. One of my all time favorite TV series. Enjoy.

Top 10 Series all time. It's very much an 80's/90s show, so the production quality is lacking sometimes. If you can look through that, it's just an awesome show.

Won't bother me at all.

Gonna start it this weekend, I can't wait. Didn't realize it was on Netflix till last night.

Good to see it getting a lot of love on here.

Isn't there a tie in movie as well?

Excellent show, but you can stop watching mid-way through Season 2. The show really went off the rails after that.

And leave out the final episode which goes into some of the mythology? Naaa. I think it drags a bit in 2, but the last 3 episodes are quite crucial to the narrative.

I have a buddy who loves it and I trust his opinion

I couldn't get into it first time I tried to watch it but I'm gonna give it another shot some day. I probably just wasn't in the mood for a show like that at the time

great show - and keep watching. like most shows the beginning is awesome but if you're like me you'll get sucked in and have to finish. season 3 isn't bad at all its just not as good as the first 2.

Is the movie just a continuation of the tv series or is there a difference between the two?

The movie is based on the last seven days of Laura Palmer so it is a prequel. Highly recommend watching series before movie. Be patient with second season as Lynch did not direct most of the episodes. The ones he did however all all time greats in my opinion.

The fact that Lynch got a series on broadcast TV is still kind of amazing.
