It’s the only anime I’ve ever watched from start to finish. I’ve tried a few others like My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, Vinland Saga, and Delicious in Dungeon but none have captured me the way AOT did.

It's a really good series, I think it has a lot more depth to it than you typically get with Anime.
With that said, the first 15 or so eps aren't exactly great. The show really takes off once the female titan emerges.

I would suggest Cowboy Bebop or Full Metal Alchemist over AOT for a first anime, but it's good. It's not my favorite but it's good.

Demon slayer is top notch you just have to get past the “weird” part of anime. The movie they are coming out with is going to be amazing.
AOT is the greatest show I’ve seen and I’m including all forms of media. It’s just so fricking detailed I can see why it’s daunting for people at first.

That said, it can be infuriatingly slow. An episode could essentially be about 3 hours of story.
I'm in Season 4 (about 10 episodes in). Incredible storytelling.
