How did Turtle make his money on Entourage movie?

I missed the last few seasons and saw the movie yesterday and now Turtles a millionaire? what kind of deal was he in with mark Cuban, I must have missed that part.

I thought he did sell, and advised Vince to do the same, but Vince kept his shares and bought Turtle's back secretly.

Vince bought back the shares after talking to Cuban, and didn't tell Turtle. Company went public, and Vince just made Turtle pay him back what he bought the shares for.
