I never said folks shouldn’t comment in this thread. You’re bastardizing my comment to fit your tantrum.
What I did say was that wailing about woke properties when you continue to put eyeballs on the property (which generates continuation of property) is hypocritical at best.
Unfortunately, there will be posters (again, if that’s not you you can get the sand out of your vag) that will come raging in those show threads about how it’s “too woke” but will continue to watch and give it viewing numbers.

I don’t have issue if you want to discuss it outside of the actual show thread itself. I’m talking about the threads when the actual show is on and folks are actively discussing the show as it is on/available to be watched. If you’re not watching, you theoretically shouldn’t have much to say in those, right?

I'll reserve the right to bitch about what has happened to Star Wars, a franchise I literally grew up with having seen the first in the theater when I was 7, and also tell you point blank I haven't watched a thing made by Disney post Mandalorian, which would include Rise of Skywalker and whatever crap D+ has shat out. I straight up cancelled D+ when they first Gina Carano, so it would be kind of hard to watch.
Same goes for Disney Marvel. I was 100% all in the entire run of the MCU because in that case my two boys basically grew u with them. It was great having that as a bonding thing with them. Then, like everything else, DEI became more important than storytelling and I walked away. I'll almost certainly never watch another thing Disney produces. Doesn't mean I'm not going to point and laugh at how they've set fire to their franchises though.

I don’t think she minds if I generally comment on the existence of the show and how the lore has been ruined, but in the watch threads I shouldn’t have much to say since I’m not watching the show. Again, you’ll see me in general Star Wars threads, but not in the watch threads. Plus I don’t have an HBO subscription right now, and this show is not going to persuade me to renew it.
If I see any extremely dumb shite on Twitter or YouTube on when it comes Lord of the Rings though, I’m going to have a hard time not commenting on that though.

I meant the actual show thread we typically participated it to discuss the show as it is viewed. That’s what I consider “show threads”. Not threads discussing beforehand or outside of viewing (like this one).

Again, that’s separate from what I mentioned. I’m talking, specifically, about the people who will run to the show threads who claim they won’t watch but will. While screaming about content they don’t like.
