My 3 go to horror comedies are
Scouts guide to the zombie apocalypse
Tucker and Dale vs evil
What we do in the shadows

The frighteners might be my favorite Halloween mood movie

Dracula untold is one i watched last year for the first time that will be watched every October from here on out

I'm definitely adding creepshow into the mix this year. Ive never seen it but i finally got a copy and im counting the days until I can watch it (trying to wait until October 1)

Last year I successfully watched a Halloween/horror movie every night in October and im going to try to duplicate the feat this year

Rare, creepfest.

This was made for TV...

Man, the 80s were different.

The Visit (just watched it for the 1st time last week and enjoyed the hell out of it.)

I watched it last night after reading this thread. That was a creepy movie. Not so much scary exactly… but very creepy. Each night was more and more uncomfortable.

I saw this for the first time a few years ago. Awesome movie. My wife thinks it's terrible, lol.

I think it's incredible that Paxton wrote, directed and starred in it.

One of the few movies with a truly unpredictable story and ending.
