Sorry, I barely made it to the end.
Speaking of which, the payoff was
silly. But I’m glad you liked it.z

Absolutely the most terrifying ending of any movie I’ve ever seen. Scared the shite out of me

Not a huge horror movie fan, but it's very easily the best horror film I've seen in at least the past decade. That movie, especially the end, was frickin excellent.

It was pretty good. Most horror movies stopped being scary a long time ago.

Very good movie. The hype around it (before it’s release) made the film not pay off for me. Not the most disturbing film I’ve seen (which is how it was being marketed).

Very eerie film. The mom in the attic cutting her head off stuck with me.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I love horror films that make you feel extremely unsettled and nervy. That’s exactly what this one did the first time I saw it.

No cheap jump scares…just very disturbing images and dialogue. A thinking man’s horror.

Edit: Toni Collette grieving on the floor after the daughter was killed is as close as it gets to real life. She nailed her performance in this.
