HBO Max is my favorite of all of them.
ETA: The only one I don’t have is YouTube TV.

That's a lot of streaming services. I watch Netflix often enough and Prime occasionally. I'm sure I miss a lot of stuff.

YouTube TV should not be in the same genres of streaming services as HBO/Netflox/Prime Video.
To me, YouTube TV is for people who like live sports but don't want to pay ridiculous cable package prices.
The other services supplement YouTube TV and have their own original content and on demand movies/tv shows.

Our watching priorities lately:
HBO Max
Netflix
Prime
Disney’s monthly additions have kept them out of the mix. Other than Hamilton and Schoolhouse Rock, nothing has impressed us since The Mandelorian.

Have them all. Only just picked up YouTubeTV in anticipation of college football but will cancel it if football is cancelled.
They all have their great shows and so so shows.
