Correct, but he lent his name and talents to these steaming piles of shite.

His name is whispered in hushed tones as if he is some sort of god, but in the end, money wins as usual and the "artist" is exposed as much less than.

Mike Myers being killed by a slit wrist and being beat up by a young punk who is bulliedby high school kids is pretty bad.

I still can’t believe that Michael can look into someone’s eyes and see their past to determine whether or not they were a killer. Michael Myers is like the reverse Dexter. He apparently lives be a code too. He doesn’t kill murderers.

Yeah this movie was pretty bad. Very few kills, Michael is almost nonexistent for 3/4 the movie, a boring love story. The apprentice storyline was just dumb. What a waste.

The 2018 movie was great. Kills was a mixed bag but overall i found it entertaining. I can deal with the "evil dies tonight" silliness when half the movie is Michael wrecking shite. Ends had almost no redeeming value. Very disappointing finale.

The Director knew in advance that this was going to be bad and told the actors to expect backlash.

That is some deep-seated hatred for the project you are working on.

I said the exact same thing.

I'll echo what everyone else was saying though. Movie was garbage, none of it made sense, and even though I wasn't surprised by it, but was a horrible way to end the franchise.

Plinkett

Yep, and though I haven't seen the movie, I get what they are saying.

I do wonder if the plan was to "hand off" to Corey and the studio panicked and insisted on a Laurie vs. Michael showdown.

Based on how the movie went that plan might've been for Michael to have a fatal heart attack after he got mask jacked by Corey.
