Somehow we missed this one since it has a September 27 upload date. It shows a lot more than the first trailer.

Starting to think Jamie Lee Curtis is more unkillable than Micheal myers.That old bird made the first one when she was 19 .Shes now 63 with like 7 Halloween movies under her belt and Myers still hasn't got her

He got her in the first 5 minutes of Halloween Resurrection which was stupid as frick b/c that little bit had pretty much nothing to do with the rest of the movie.
Too bad how that one turned out b/c it had a pretty good idea w/people doing a streaming show from the Myers house on Halloween w/him turning up to kill them all but the execution was just terrible. Of course it did the movie no favors casting Busta Rhymes (who electrocutes MM in the balls at one point

Agree. They’ve run this franchise into the ground so many times it’s a disservice to the original couple of films. It’s just stupid at this point. Regardless of whose in the movie.

I liked it. I won't post spoilers but I really liked the concept, I do kind of wish it had ended slightly different, but I guess 40 years and 10 movies are enough

I think it was a good movie, I liked the direction they took with a certain character. It’s a fun Halloween (read: spooky season) movie but these new ones just don’t scare me like the originals did when I was a little kid. It’s just about adding to the body count which is cool but it makes for predictable viewing. I’ll probably end up watching it every October but it won’t be as must see as the original is, if that makes sense.
I really wish it had ended differently though.

I wasn't crazy about the tie in with the other character. I did like the ending. Not as good as 2018 version.

Same. My wife and I are visiting friends the next couple of days and 10 of us are watching it tonight.
