The Brooklyn Brawler was a better pure wrestler than Hulk Bollea. The run into my foot move Terry did was killer.

The answer to this is definitey Mr. Kennedy... but it'll happen someday.

Hulk did have the weakest finishing move ever. A leg drop? Really?

Finishing moves in the 80's were in general alot weaker (i.e. British Bulldog's power slam, legdrops), with the exception of submissions and piledrivers.
But the psychology of the matches were so much better. Ole/Arn Anderson targeted their opponents arm for the entire match, to finish with an armbar. Sure, the armbar was not a flashy finisher, but the "working on the arm" the entire match strategy made it believable and interesting.

The Blue Meanie
Well, I guess that would technically be the lamest wrestler to never win the title, but is there really a difference?
