Outside of the older epic level casting which is unaffordable now, True Romance is always my answer.
Trending there but what about Pulp Fiction?

I do agree this movie has the greatest cast of comedians of all time and that there is no argument. However for overall actors, I would probably have The Longest Day. But the list you have here is bogus.
The following comedians are not in IAMMMMW:
Bud Abbott, Gracie Allen, Lauren Bacall, Lucille Ball, Mel Brooks, Carol Burnett, George Burns, Red Buttons, Carol Channing, Imogene Coca, Tim Conway, Lou Costello, Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, Jackie Gleason, Oliver Hardy, Judy Holliday, Bob Hope, Ernie Kovacs, Stan Laurel, Jack Lemmon, Harold Lloyd, Dean Martin, Walter Mathau, Groucho Marks, Zero Mostel, Donald O'Conner, Jack Paar, Martha Raye, Debbie Reynolds, Don Rickles, Peter Sellers and Red Skelton.
Left out of this list are Spencer Tracy, Buster Keaton and many more.
I have seen this movie 20+ times, it is one of my favorites. So I am very familiar with who is in it. You might consult IMDB before making a post like this.

Not in the same league as others that have been posted...but Scott Pilgrim vs the World is a great underrated cast

That list is not even close to being accurate. E.g. Dean Martin, Gracie Allen, Carol Burnett and Judy Garland were not in the movie.

I watched Troy on Netflix last night and it’s pretty stacked as well

Always my first thought for these threads. If you haven't seen it in a while and forget who's in it you'll spend the whole movie saying "damn he's in this too?"
