Star Trek V: The Final Frontier always comes to my mind. Not the greatest film but Jerry's score is fantastic. I will watch the film just for that score.

Tangerine Dream did the score for the Tom Cruise movie Legend. I liked the movie, but I think it got really bad reviews. The score was really good though.

There's a good movie hidden in there somewhere.
That's what's so frustrating about the whole project. The novel in which it is based on is so freaking good and Ron Maxwell (the writer/director) decided to throw away a lot of it to make it a semi-autobiographical film of Stonewall Jackson. Had it been a faithfully adapted miniseries on TNT instead of a film I think it would have turned out much better.
