Why do we think the book is getting chopped? The scene with a pissed of tyrion threatening to geld joffrey is at his wedding when joffrey won't let up on the bedding of tyrion and sansa

I am fairly certain he does. I like that they have left things up in the air for the readers as far as what will happen when. It makes for good conversation.
BTW, I am totally in agreement with your sentiment in the other thread. I have been saying that was my biggest problem with the segregation since the beginning. What's to stop the OT from creating posts for "frats only"....anyway, it is not a fight that can be won.

The key is that with a "Democrats only" or a "frats only" thread, there is nothing to spoil. What started this all to begin with was book readers jumping in with their leading comments when you should just leave those folks alone and let them think what they want, no matter how stupid it sounds to you when you've already read the books.

yeah, sorry for calling you out last week. At that moment I was trying to just keep the peace. I think it is going well. I just checked that thread and saw that every reader post up to that page was deleted, and I think its a slippery slope.

posts that have nothing to do with the subject matter are getting deleted. One of their main people told a person who only read the first two books to come to our thread. Which is wrong. So me and that poster had a back and forth, and I explained the middle ground was also safe, then come back today and see all those posts gone. So the next guy who has read up to SOS is sent here.
It's one thing to not post spoilers, but what makes this show special? There aren't separate threads for every book based show or movie.
I agree with the separation FWIW, I just don't agree with the deletion of every message from a certain person just because they are on a list, and Higo should have never made that list either.

Didn't know about posts getting deleted, or Hugo's list. I don't really keep up with these threads but occasionally check the last page to see what people are talking about. Bums me out to check and see people arguing and that's probably why I don't check them that much anymore.

Just drop it. I know it's been a few weeks since the reader non reader war but it's just a courtesy at this point. Post if you want but don't get pissy if you are called out or posts deleted.

Just silly. And what is this "LE fake sending spoilers via email stuff"? Crazy. I am firmly against spoilers, but the way he and others post just piss me off sometimes. I respond to him thoughtfully and he makes an arse out of my comments, so of course it makes it hard to just "drop it". I don't get it, it's stupid.
Obviously a mod agrees with their point. Exclusions threads, coming to a board near you.

It would be deleted in seconds. I'm thinking one of the five known admins (there are only five who actually admit to being an admin, seriously) is a show watcher.
Baloo has been quiet on the issue, and Fred has verbally belittled the readers.

FWIW, the "bitching" at you from where you posted before was just as much trying to keep you from getting the axe as anything. They've gotten so heavy handed in that thread I figure that's where it's going to go next.

So I read somewhere a report that Talisa is the first one killed at the red wedding. Is this just Martin crushing any theory about Jeyne westerling sneaking away from riverrun with robbs heir

I always forget about byte and Super. I see Circus and Chicken as developers with control over all the other Admins. They are management to the Admins supervisor roles.

Also, why is she going to he wedding. Jeyne stayed home. She should too.
Martin makes mention of people dying in the show but not the books.

meh, I can see her dying and then next season Tywin reveals that she was his spy and that she was just a casualty of war
