True. Well if cercei chooses the mountain and tyrion chooses oberyn and oberyn wins, would jamie's deal be back on the table? Or is it only on the table if tyrion goes to the wall?

That is only on the table if Tyrion goes to the Wall.

If Tyrion wins the trial, he is innocent and free to make little Lannisters thus no need for Jaime to forsake his white cloak.

Well, Tywin has already made it clear no way in hell Tyrion is getting Casterly Rock. Tywin wants at any cost for Jaime to have a new wife and make kids to inherit the Rock. If not, his plan is for it to go to Lancel (the cousin Cersei fricked in Season 2).
