I went back and wikied it to refresh my memory, and Ghost did sense the betrayal (just like Greywind did), and Jon locked him up in his quarters. Jon thought he was being agitated by the giant boar that was there.
So yeah, when the direwolf starts freaking out, you best start watching your back.

PsychTiger, since it is highly unlikely it will happen on the show, Jon's dead, is it ok to post the 'Bastard Letter', since that is what ultimately led to Jon's death?

Mance's wife and child
He is talking about Mance's son as being the prince, but his wife died give birth to him. The Wildling princess he is referring to I believe is Val (who obviously isn't on the show), his wife's sister.
