Good question, though I'm not one to picture the characters to the extent where I get excited or upset about how the actor appears on screen.

It's kinda hard for me because I started watching the show first
So I picture all the characters in the book to them on tv. I think John snow was a really good cast though.
I've been waiting for this thread to start back up. I'm so bored

its a good question but for someone like me who watched before they started reading its really impossible for me to pick.
Like I think Ned was a perfect cast but I dont know since i was never picturing him before i saw him
I like to pose the question to my friends of who do you think is the most morally straight one on the show.. Its easy to say Robb or John but they are still kids
I really think the answer could be tyrion. Ned fathered a bastard and went on a rebellion killed the king killed Iron Isles kids and took theon. I think its just an interesting thing to think on because the answer is not as easy as you think when you first hear it

Ned went on a rebellion to save his sister and bring his brother and father's murderer to justice.
The iron islands rose up in rebellion to test Robert and lost. Ned didn't take Theon. Robert placed Theon in his care to prevent another Greyjoy rebellion.

This isn't an "opinion" question. Robert Baratheon won the throne through conquest and Stannis is his heir. Stannis is the rightful king of westeros.

Based on current knowledge, I'd want to say Daenerys. If we go by those who are currently in Westeros I'd say Stannis has the most rightful claim.

I agree with this but Dany is a popular answer

I don't see why you think Dany. Robert won that throne. To be king you have to be strong enough to hold it. That's kind of like saying that the Queen is the rightful leader of the US.

Dany is just my emotional answer, hence the "want".
Posted on 4/19/13 at 10:32 am to PsychTiger
she is so much hotter now that shes a badass. like I want her to get naked again
Posted on 4/19/13 at 10:32 am to CottonWasKing
Knowing that Joeffery is not an heir to Robert, Stannis is the rightful king, no doubt.
Posted on 4/19/13 at 10:33 am to PsychTiger
It's not just you. There are a large portion of fans both readers and non readers who truly believe Dany's bullshite.

I wanted that before she became a badass.

It sucks we only seen her tits the first episode of the first season.

nice comparison
Its definitely Stannis
I thought Renly was a fricking idiot for trying to take the throne
he knew he had no rightful claim to it, and he certainly wouldnt be producing any heirs either (cuz he ghey)
