What post is deleted the thirst for knowledge post?
That and his "plan" about spoiling us when the new book comes out.

I post just to chat about tangential stuff like Dany's tits and what not. If it bothers them then so be it, I vacillate on caring.
At this point I wouldn't even do that. Just leave them be.

They don't want you there at all. If you must, then do it.
But they want no readers in that thread.
The post that was deleted was a list of people Blu was going to spoil the sixth book for, by buying it the day it came out and emailing those posters the synopsis the first day it came out.
Really a silly threat, but he was annoying and deserved a break.

Check my posts in there, its me posting a silly meme and then saying I want to see Missandei naked.

You're preaching to the choir. Most all of us who have posted things in that thread were non-book info and things just like that. It doesn't matter. They see your SN and they freak out. Doesn't matter what you post. And if you try to point out the absurdness of it, it just causes a huge shite storm. And feeds the non-reader trolls who thrive on the drama of it all.

Like I said I didn't post in there for a while, shite still stormed so I stopped caring. It really his the non-readers fault for making a huge deal about it. False Prophet said he was going to ignore it this week so hopefully that helps.

I don't care, I'm just saying THEY want not one book reader in there, your post subject means nothing. They don't want any of us in there period.

had it not been for the readers, I would never have read the books. I started watching the show around episode five of the first season, and read the books before season two came out.
I don't even have HBO, so had my interest not been piqued by book readers, I would never have watched the show or read the book.s

ladytiger, you might want to avoid this post.

Anyway. How soon before Bran and Jon have their near miss south of the Wall? Stannis comes north at the end of the book, so I figure that is next season, as will be the election of Jon Snow and the battle with the wildlings.
Jon Snow getting elected is at the very end of A Storm of Swords. Pre-RW Sam and Gilly when running from Craster's meets Coldhands. That hasn't happened yet but should be happening shortly (if it still happens on the show) and then not long after is when they almost run into Jon. I'm assuming that may happen towards the end of this season and maybe one of the cliffhangers is Jon's battle at the Wall against the Wildlings?.

Also this is from the Wiki on tonight's episode:
Also under the Casting heading:
quote:
The parts of George R. R. Martin's novel A Storm of Swords adapted in the episode include chapters 21, 27 and 35 (Catelyn III, Jon III and Arya VI).
Cogman enjoyed that the episode he was assigned to write included several fan-favorite scenes, and involved a lot of material with the child actors: "The kids are always my favorite characters to write... Maybe it’s because I’m so fond of the actors who play them, and I’ve watched them grow up for the past four years."[2]
He wrote all the Arya scenes before starting with the other storylines.
Initially the episode did not include any scene with Daenerys, but early in pre-production some scenes originally written by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss for the next episode were more moved into the script.
Another scene with Jon Snow and Orell was written and included by Benioff and Weiss later during production.[3]
Also under the Casting heading:
quote:
The episode will introduce actress Tara Fitzgerald as Stannis' wife, the Queen Selyse Baratheon. Selyse had briefly appeared in the first season 2 episode during the burning of the gods at the Dragonstone beach, played by an uncredited extra.

hmm...are the Florents going to be in this episode? The whole Davos sharing a cell with the previous hand and then the other Florent trying to become hand to raid defenseless castles.

Shouldn't Orell be dead by now cause Jon killed him when he and half-hand were scouting? Or are they conflating him and the other skin changer (Varamyr?)?
BTW: while Googling for Orell, I cam across this: LINK.
Apparently, Jon Snow is sexist for killing Orell but sparing Ygritte.
That was a no brainer for ole Jon if you ask me.

Jon had the right of it. You don't frick with the women of Westeros. It's the pussy that really rules the realm.
And yeah, his human form was killed in CoK. I think he's now combined with Varamyr as you said.

that's what confirmed it for me.
he called earlier that Ramsey did it just bc he's sick and bc the guy saying "you bastard" stood out to him. nobody remembers roose even has a bastard because he says it once in S2. guy is full of shite.
false prophet may be the most aggravating poster of all

Fair enough.
Just tell him not to tell them that he reads anything outside of subtitles during the show.

Yeah they listen to non-spoiler podcasts, so picks up on lots of stuff. Very smart observer of the show and frighteningly accurate on predictions but isn't a reader. I can promise you that
