Have any of yall seen The Iceman (2012), with Ray Liotta as Roy DeMeo and Michael Shannon as Richard Kuklinski?

Looks like it's available on most streaming apps.

Entertaining movie but Richard Kuklinski was a serial killer and never did mob hits and was never around the Demeo Crew except when Roy pistol whipped him when Nino and Roy were taking over an illegal porn operation. Kuklinksi made all that shite up and killed people who wronged him and people for satisfaction. Roy had an army of butchers around him, tough as shite and who would kill anyone, why would they want some random guy from Jersey? Dominick Montiglio, Roy's son, Sammy Gravano, and Franzese have said the guy is full of shite.

Prior to his death, he confessed to a murder that supposedly Sammy ordered, of Peter Calabro (a cop) and Sammy had never even heard of RK. They were trying to close unsolved cases and the prosecutors told Sammy if he admitted to it he wouldn't do a day in jail and he said, I'll go to trial I'm not admitting to something I didn't do. He was just stringing people along trying to get attention. He claimed to kill Carmine Glanante, Hoffa, Castellano and Roy Even the Gambino task force in Brooklyn and Jersey had never heard of him.

Sorry for the rant. Entertaining movie and I love Shannon and Winona but his "stories" annoy tf out of me.

Carlito's Way (1993)

Bugsy (1991)

A little 1920's Harlem gangster:
Hoodlum (1997)

Start of Gangsta movies?
King of New York (1990)
Who didn't want to be Jimmy Jump?

Oh I wasn't jumping on you about suggesting it. It is a decent mob flick. The Godfather is fiction too. There are just a lot of people that ate that kuklinski story up. I read his book before I read more about how full of shite he was and he'd say he'd go into Manhattan and kill hobos for fun and training as a 20 year old. Also that he'd tied guys in a cave and leave a camera and film rats eating them. They've never found these supposed tapes or any caves near where he said they were where that was possible. lol just another psychopath trying to cash in before he dies in jail.

Forgot to Suggest:
Carlito's Way.
Paid in Full (more urban and cartel related).
The older Hoffa movie.
There are a few made for tv mob movies that are watchable if you really like the genre.

As for Now You'se can't leave: Y'all might find this story funny.

Jimmy Calandra just told a story someone he knows still in that life told him about this same scenario but in reverse recently at a connected seafood restaurant with Genovese guys and bikers. Guess the Genovese aren't what they used to be.
Now, Will Youse Please Leave?
