One of the trailers for the season shows a bear in a pit. Not sure if they're fighting in it or not though.

On Shae, I could see her character feeling betrayed by Tyrion/Sansa getting married and that being the reason she crosses Tyrion. Where in the book she's just a greedy whore.. It seems like that's what they're setting up based off of last episode (her protecting Sansa, being jealous of tyrion's comments).. It's also believable that she really cares for Tyrion in the show because he still has a nose and it is not ugly like he is in the book.

This scene was in the trailer for this season. I'm more worried Jaime won't have his hand cut off in the show even though it is integral to the overall story.
