Not a shot. His vision was spot on to what we already know is happening. Jon even said they will be marching to eastwatch as it is the closest part of the wall from their last known location.

Scene paused, Zombie Giant shown up close definitely has only 1 eye, with the missing eye being the same one that Ramsey shot on Wun Wun.
