I wonder if the 3ec is using a glamor like the red witch.

No, I just think HBO and the show just didn't want to do him up in makeup with the roots all over and through him every day for shooting.

However, it seems overly convenient that as soon as the schemer in the family dies, SJU shows up with a proposal that would see Ramsay leave his defensive position and take the field as winter is about to fall, the exact thing Roose had warned him against doing only a few episodes prior. Did SJU wait because he hated Roose? Or did he wait because he knew Roose would distrust a long-time Stark ally or see the proposition to march far into the North with winter coming as a fool's errand?
9. If SJU is aware of the possibility of the Vale army approaching from the south and Jon and the wildlings from the North, it seems like SJU has just convinced Ramsay to do the worst possible thing by leaving the safety of Winterfell’s walls and taking the field.
10. We know the Umbers are famously loyal to the Starks and care a great deal about oaths. Does refusing to swear an oath seem like the behavior of someone who cares nothing about tradition? If you cared nothing about tradition, wouldn’t you just swear whatever oath was asked of you and not give a shite if you keep it or not? Seems to me, that SJU talked his way into tricking Ramsay in way so that if he betrays him, he cannot be called oathbreaker by anyone.
11. If Rickon and SJU are aware that Sansa and Bran live, risking Rickon to lure Ramsay out of Winterfell becomes a risk worth taking because there are other Stark heirs to carry on the line. If Rickon is anything like other Starks, he’s probably tired of sitting on the sidelines as is willing to risk torture to see his family oust the Bolton traitors. Young boys being eager to enter the fray and paying the ultimate price is a recurring theme in GoT and ASOIAF.
NAILED IT

14. Shaggydog’s alleged head is far too small to be a direwolf. The handle and scrolls as reference point on the table seem to make sure we feel that way.
15. Rickon’s reaction to Shaggydog’s head seemed muted. Perhaps because he’d know from his warg connection when the wolf died and has already grieved prior to the meeting with Ramsay, perhaps because it’s a ruse.
16. Osha does a very suspicious side look when they go to present the alleged direwolf head. Maybe this is her normal wildling self, or maybe she’s wondering if Ramsay is going to buy it. Maybe, it’s legitimate apprehension of having agreed to go into custody to protect Rickon should they be freed and need to escape. As many have mentioned, she’s of little value to Ramsay beyond being another chick to hunt in the woods. She may be there to make sure the audience recognizes Rickon (holy puberty!) but that seems a poor reason to include her. If the Umbers hated wildlings enough to turn on the Starks, would they really leave her alive?
THANK YOU

18. When we first see the Umbers approach Winterfell, a suspicious carriage is in center frame. Perhaps Rickon and Osha are laying down in there chained up. Perhaps the conspicuously shaped carriage has a certain Shaggy-doo type passenger, waiting for the right moment to be released.
Yea, I did think it was suspicious. Seemed like a carriage fit for an important person. Usually people taken hostage on this show have their hands bound and have to ride on a horse. Very possible that carriage was for Rickon and Osha because the Umbers have respect for her helping Rickon and keeping her Oath to protect Rickon on the journey. And because the Umbers believe Rickon is the only male Stark that can take back Winterfell.

I just read an interview by Aidan Gillen, and he said that LF's current motivation for this season is atonement because he feels he like he misjudged Ramsay, and put Sansa's life in danger by accident. He said a lot of what LF is going to be up to this season is trying to make up for putting Sansa's life in danger, and trying to align himself with "the right people."
Here is a link to the article: LINK
I'm kind of surprised that LF wouldn't have done more "research" on Ramsay before turning Sansa over to him.

There's no reason for LF to turn over Sansa. D&D are retards who are only looking for shock value and not story.

How about go back to Cersei and tell her Sansa is with Ramsay so he gets permission to take the Vale army up and wreck shite and get Harranhall as a reward? That's a reason

He wouldn't have, it's completely untrue to character.

He already has harranhall. Try again.

But Jon heads out of the tunnel heading North and I guess misses Sansa heading up from the South.
I don't think he was leaving just yet. Probably gonna go potty, take a shower and pack his bags first. Maybe take a nap.

He didn't before Sansa was with Ramsay

In the show? Are you sure?

This is probably what is happening in that preview scene we see of him in the woods. It's his first encounter with Sansa since the whole Ramsey bethrothal, and she is PISSED.

Not Harranhall. I thought he asked Cersei to make him Warden of the North if he regained control of Winterfell.

Apparently he never was gifted harrenhal in the show.
Harrenhal itself is a cursed dump but the grounds around it are fertile

Yeah, he convinced Cersei to make him Warden of the North. He's had Harranhall since way back when Tryion was Hand.

Yeah he was promised warden of the north

He was by Tyrion when he was trying to find Cerceis spies. But it was a trick.

No, he was given Harrenhal by Tywin for brokering the alliance between the Tyrells and the Lannisters.
