I wish the TOJ scene would have the 3 Kingsguard have the 3 distinctive looks like they do in the books. I want Dayne's sword to be something we've never seen before damnit!!!!

I think it will be Reek.
The GNC sends Reek back to Ramsey, to keep him distracted and off guard. Ramsey is not long for this world. GNC attacks and destroys the Boltons and Karstarks at Winterfell. Littlefingers plan's go up in smoke as the North is back under Stark control (Rickon or Sansa). Nights of the Vail revolt on Littlefinger when they see a true Stark back in control.
I don't think there is time for John to be united with the GNC and assume control of Winterfell just yet. He may remain at Castle Black.
Little finger is essentially overcome by events. His story is done.

I don't care what they "show" on the "show" - that remains the best sequence in the books and is awesome on the audiobooks. I'll just throw it in the Dorne bucket if it underwhelms. Boom. Fixed.
I like the show. If anything, the show was fantastic and about as faithful to the source material for the early shows as one could expect. It was silly to expect that to continue. But it got me reading the novels. I'll always be grateful for that.

I get it. I guess I just want it to prove R+L=J I just watched the youtube where the guy is saying R+L=Dany and B+A=Jon. I don't want Jon to be Brandon and Ashara Dayne's kid

Me, either. It doesn't make any sense, either, from a storytelling sense.
However, the timing is right. That implies there is another Targ heir out there (the queen WAS pregnant) or that she actually miscarried and someone was able to swap Dany in for the miscarried babe.
There is no "Sword of the Morning" currently, and that's troubling. This could be what Martin means when he says that we "smartass" fans think we know so much about the ToJ. Dany's vision is also at least reconcilable with R+L=Dany.
BUT - I'm not ready to concede that hill at this point.

I think it is almost too crackpotty for the crackpot thread.
I actually did some digging on it today; and one guy out there links a seven minute video from the books and the show with scenes proving it. I can see why people believe it; but it's still a way out there concept.

Worth the watch. He put together a good argument. He didn't discuss the baby swap much but he laid a firm foundation.
