Loved that line! Can't wait for TOJ next week; I just hope they do it justice by playing it out on screen as awesome as I imagine it in my head.

Are we truly going to get Ned speaking with Lyanna, though? And get to hear her promise?

I will shite a break if there are twins in that bed!

People are going to bitch about everything on this kind of show. Adapting a show from a book is always going to divide people. People picture things differently from reading the books. Personally I love the direction except for Dorne (which sucked anyway). And the Danny stuff is going kinda slow. I expect then to focus on her much more in the upcoming episodes.

I think Dorne is written out. Did you notice the opening map? It did not show Dorne. I think (my opinion) that D&D knew that Dorne was not going to be a major player in the story. They just had to include it for the Viper fight and Myrcella plot line. After that, the characters from the books have no bearing on the outcome of the story and have been left out.

1)Conningham
2)fAegon

The Second Sons are already in Mereen, so they will not help Conningham invade Westeros.

I see LF as one of the survivors when this thing plays out.

I am hoping he does. He's a shithead, but a damn smart one. Varys will Introduce him to the gods in the finale. It will go something like this...

(Petyr squirms naked, screaming in his cell as Varys tears at his crotch with a large pair of shears)

(Varys holds up his trophy)

Varys- "And now the truth surfaces Lord Baelish about the nickname Littlefinger."

Petyr- aghhhhhh ewwwwww (deep breath...) "Finish It."

(Varys smirks at Petyr drops the shears, and then drops his robe revealing an enormously large member)

Varys- "I will never know your pain and for that I am thankful."

(Exit Varys to screams of agony)

It only shows the areas that appear in that particular episode.

I think the High Sparrow overplayed his hand with Jaime. Jaime knows what to expect now and will plan accordingly.

I would think that Tommen could disband or reduce the power of the Sparrows. A couple of things would go against that theory. One, Cercei has to balance having Margery out of the cell versus Margery and Tommen together again. Two, how would the populace of King's landing handle the demise of the Sparrows in light of the sinning and bastardry on the throne.

I don't think that's going to happen. I think they'll just crush them with force.

I don't think so. We've had episodes when a character or a city was not shown (Danearys) and yet wherever she is at that time, it is shown in the previews (map).

I think you underestimate the cunning of the Cranogmen. He's four steps ahead of you and the Lannisters at all times.

I believe Gerold also says "this is the beginning," which does make much sense unless they were protecting what they believed was a rightful heir of the Targeryen family.

At least according to Ned's dream:

“And now it begins,” said Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning. He unsheathed Dawn and held it with both hands. The blade was pale as milkglass, alive with light.

“No,” Ned said with sadness in his voice. “Now it ends.”

Wouldn't Jamie Lannister recognize Howland Reed though?

The whole sequence remains the single most compelling read of the entire series. It is literally the "past is prologue" moment for "current" events.

I'm all in on it. I even downloaded some shite to replace "High Sparrow" with "Howland Reed" on my browser. So even when people are arguing against it, they're still kind of agreeing.

Was Jaime at the Tower of Joy? No he fricking wasn't.

And nobody has seen HR outside of Greywater since then. So your little attempt to discredit an awesome theory is bullshite.

I do; I really love it for the potential. Timing is everything with the H. Reed reveal. And we know that one is coming.

I'd love to see Cersei get her hands on Reed and have a public confession (aka torture) at her own coronation ceremony.

Cersei: Confess...CONFESS!!

Reed: Jon Snow is Rhaegar Targaryen's son and the rightful heir to the Iron Throne!

Weren't they both at the tourney at Harrenhal? I guess they could have missed each other. Jaime stayed in King's Landing for the war so he might not know what Reed looks like
