He should have died a few episodes back, that might have made the sand snakes fight (for lack of abetter word) tolerable.

Has Jon died? Was he killed? Did I miss something?

It would have added a lot more depth to Dorne if we saw the sandskanks off a kingsguard.

no, just speculation...now go on summer child. Leave this land of always winter.

I think a major character dies in this episode.
Ramsay kills Brienne.

I seriously hope not. She's one of the best fighters in Westros history
Err, I think you may be overblowing Brienne's skills a tad bit. She's a beast, no doubt about it, but one of the best in Westeros history? No way. The only uninjured person of any worth that she's defeated was Loras, and that is definitely saying something. But Jamie was beaten and starved and the hound had an infected wound.
That being said, she would fricking merk Ramsay, and I hope it happens. What if Ramsay had Stannis and cornered and was about to kill him and Brienne, struggling with her vow to kill Stannis but understanding Ramsay is psycho has to make a decision...I like it.

Yeah, I think he gets replaced with Bronn. Unfortunately, I think we're barreling towards a Areo Hotah vs. Bronn battle, and Bronn comes up a head shorter, ala Arys Oakheart. I hope they don't do it, but I think it's coming.

So you think Bronn gets poisoned, imprisoned, gets an antidote, leaves prison, then gets killed...hmm
maybe he will betray Jaime for Tit...Tyene and they will convince him to go after Myrcella.

Plus Ser Robert Strong.
I'm banking on this - maybe - as the finale/teaser. Qyburn saying something like, "Are you ready, Ser Robert?" - and he sits up in Kingsguard armor. Fade to black - roll credits.

This is a possibility - assuming no Darkstar, Bronn may stand in for Aerys Oakheart - not saying he will die, but fill that portion of the plot and that's when Myrcella gets injured.

I think TittySnake is playing him. Maybe saying he needs to continue taking the antidote to stay alive, and the only way he'll get it is if he helps them make off with Myrcella. One thing we know Bronn values more than money is his own skin. So they are released and immediately welch on the conditions of their release, Bronn helps them, only to be confronted by Hotah. And Hotah wins.
They have to do something to make the sandsnakes more interesting. It's sad that the wildling woman we saw for one episode was more interesting to the audience than the entire group of sandsnakes, aside from one TittySnake scene.

We'll probably get Dany crowd-surfing with the Dothraki like the s3 finale.

well, she was actually a convincing actress unlike the sandsnakes...and really the sandsnakes are really being dragged down by Obara's monologues. Those work in literature but not on TV.
Plus the sandsnakes motivation seems very weak. I still think Princess Arianne leading the sandsnakes made way more sense but they had to keep the hodors in the loop by having a character they already knew lead them.

Im looking forward to lurking the Hodor thread once Jon starts getting stabbed.

imagine if that is the season cliffhanger. The last scene is FOR THE WATCH!
Hodors would almost be as upset as if Sansa got 'raped' again.

That would provide months of entertainment!

Pretty much this. I can't see arya dying yet. Just can't. She's actually a third character who I just feel is, at least currently, untouchable. Along with Jon and Dany.

I think we'll get some Cersei tittays and muff this episode.
Posted on 6/5/15 at 9:49 am to saintsfan92612
Just curious, but why do so many people seem to think Stannis dies and soon?
Posted on 6/5/15 at 9:50 am to rugbyag
End the season with Stannis' army losing men left and right due to attrition, Jon getting Caesar'd, Dany surrounded by Dothraki and bleeding.
