what if Stannis wrote the pink letter?

Nah, but seriously, they are setting it up like Olly's Brutus action is going to be a one man job but I can see some of the nameless crows joining in.

I think Selyse wrote it.

If Jon breaks his vows, they won't need a single stabber scenario.

Sansa sure looks like LS in that pic.

I've been pushing the possibility of a Lady Sansaheart character for a couple of episodes now. It would be nice to be right once in a while.

I actually was never that crazy about Lady Stoneheart. But if they conflate it with Sansa I could see that. Especially with her line from the previews about "if I'm going to die let me die while there is still some of me left." or something like that.

I can see what she's gone through pushing her over the edge (especially if she suffers more before she snaps).

But if they do it I hope they have the guts to make her a scary amoral force of vengeance like the original and not wimp out.

Yeah, when he's expecting Olly to hand him a cup of hot wine and instead plants a dagger in Jon's belly.

That tool sansa picked up a couple of episodes ago has to play a role this week. I'm guessing it ends up in Ramsay or his sloot.

I have been saying all season that Jon might not get stabbed. I think the red God resurection did not translate well to TV. It's the same reason we didn't get LSH.

Is the general consensus that Stannis defeats Ramsey and and Mel heads back to the Wall? If Jon dies, she's going to have to revive him. I am starting to steer away from Thorne being the final blow for Jon. I feel he is grudgingly starting to believe in him like Mormont did. Plus he could have just left him and the Wildling on the other side of the Wall if he wanted to betray him.

I think Stannis' army will gain some sort of major victory since the Lord of Light seems to usually come through when offerings are made. But I don't think that Ramsey gets killed or captured. So how it all goes down, I'm not sure. Heck, it wouldn't surprise me to see Ramsey betray his father, and allow Stannis's army to win in exchange for being named the Ward of the North with Sansa if he bows to Stannis.

I'm going with the lone stabber theory, that Ollie shanks Jon in the back.

I would love for Ramsay to do to his dad what he did to Robb

My last prediction.

---------------------------
Jon Snow WILL get stabbed, he will come close to death but be saved by Davos Seaworth, Samwell, Gilly and 1-2 other Night's watch. Allister will have no part in the attack and condemn the men who did. Olly will likely die.
Sam will bring up Bran, somehow Rickon being alive comes into play next season I think as well.
I think Sunday we get Jon Snow getting stabbed for sure, that is the best imaginable cliffhanger. If you didn't know it was coming it would be devastating. I remember watching the Ned Stark death episode and having no idea it was coming, this would be much worse. Then Cut.... If Sansa dies as well, damn it will look like the Stark line is done.

I still believe that next season will start with Bran seeing the Tower of Joy flashback through Howland Reed's eyes (I assume he has powers as well). I pray for Sean Bean to be there and we get this excellent dialogue with the King's Guard, the fight ensues and we see Eddard run into the tower after only he and Howland survive. Inside, Lyanna is gasping holding a baby that is maybe an hour old. An old wetnurse is assisting, and that's it, the King's guard were the only others. Lyanna is wearing a Targaryen charm as a gift from Rhaegar, and to show her heart, and quickly show visually that she isn't a hostage. In her last words, she looks at the baby and looks at Ned and says "Promise me Ned, They will kill him, HE will kill him.. No one can know.. No one..Promise me Ned. Promise me Ned ...Promise Me..."

We see the baby is a boy. We see that Howland is now wielding Dawn the Sword of the Morning. Bran snaps out of the dream, but it cuts to Jon who wakes up.

----------------------

That is the scene I want to see.

I wonder sometimes if D&D just forgot about certain plot points. There have been more than a couple that just fell off. We show the Iron Islands, only to never see them again. Gendry rows off. Where is the Black Fish or his Uncle? Where are the brotherhood without Banners?
Just so many things left off.

Ok. Here's my crackpot theory for this particular episode:

- Ramsey does horrible stuff to Sansa which includes some disfigurement of her neck/face area giving her a Lady Stoneheart-esque look. She doesn't die but is badly hurt. (At this point all those who have been up in arms over Sansa's story-line throw things through their t.v. screens)

- Theon/Reek can't stand it anymore and through heroic efforts get's Sansa to the battlement and they jump off into the snow where she takes even more damage.

- They come across Pod and Brienne and Theon/Reek, Pod and Brienne manage to get Sansa to Stannis' siege lines which are not far away and they are brought before Stannis.

- Stannis thanks them and then promptly burns Theon/Reek. Sansa dies from her injuries. Melissandre finally figures out from looking into the flames that Stannis ain't no-way no-how any type of promised one or Azor Ahai or anything of the sort but that Jon Snow is likely one or all of these.

- Melissandre brings Sansa back to life as Lady Sansaheart. Either Mel, Selyse, Brienne, Ramsey or Lady Sansaheart kills Stannis.

- Melissandre gets away from the battle and gets on her way to Castle Black. Lady Sansaheart and her crew (Brienne, Pod, stray members of Stannis' army, etc.) start their guerrilla/terrorist war against the Boltons and any stray Frey's and Lannisters they might come across.

- No FTW this season.

Whew.

I can envision a scene where Ramsay returns to Winterfell bragging how he and his 20 good men have stopped Stannis and his army's advance, only for a lookout to then sound the alarm that Stannis has arrived.
