Yes but that window of satisfaction was followed by knowing Tyrion was going to get fricked over.

Don't post things from the extras in the thread. Lesson learned.

but geoffery dying, though
I was so convinced that he was untouchable that I barely paid attention to that scene the first time because I thought it was gonna be nothing

Really curious how the Tyrion thing ends up. I can't see them just executing him without any kind of shock to it
I think Stannis storms on kings landing when Tyrions head is on the chopping block and all hell breaks loose

Alright, let's break this episode down.
1. Ramsay/Reek was pretty predictable as soon as he rode in there. Those iron islanders are pretty fricking dumb.
2. I actually really enjoyed Dany's storyline this week. Could the fact that something new happened have anything to do with it? Hmmm...
I don't think Jorah is gone for good. He'll come back in dramatic fashion or something. Probably die saving her.
3. It's pretty obvious Stannis and Co. are going to be the saviors of the Night's Watch. I hope Ygritte doesn't die. Jon could use some more lovin.
4. Legit
'd when Arya burst out laughing.
5. Sansa was fricking amazing in this episode. I think it's more lines than Sophie Turner has had since season 1. And she looked super hot coming down those stairs. She and littlefinger were definitely eye fricking.
6. The fight... Holy shite is all you can really say. Oberyn fricking had him dammit! I predicted the mountain to win but hoped he would lose. When I saw Oberyn dominating the fight I thought for sure I had been wrong.. As soon as he stepped to close I knew it was over though. That's gotta be the most brutal death depicted on the show. I cringed so hard. Sad to see one of the coolest characters ever end but that was a totally bad arse way to go out.
7. Tyrion fricked. Idk how he escapes this.

So I just watched the "inside the episode" thing on the extras. Turns out the spear oberyn was using was poisoned.
Mountains dead.
Not surprised, but you better duck.

I was so happy to finally see Sansa be something besides a helpless little victim. She was awesome tonight for the first time ever
I wonder if we're getting teased with the possibility of another Stark reunion

i mean his achilles was cut, so he's fricked anyway

But seriously, zero chance Tyrion dies. He's one of the 2-3 unkillable characters.

It's a shame Oberyn was show-boating because he absolutely fricking kicked the Mountain's arse until that moment

I agree that he lives, I just have no idea how. Maybe he and Jamie flee? fugg idk

I think if Tyrion lives, it has to be because of something Jaime does to save him

has to be. i'm starting to think he's going to die
i mean let's even say the viper wins outright tonight...what can they do with tyrion?
he's a hated freakshow with no money or friends. he can't run, realistically. he's not exactly sansa stark
